"Tony did a complete and thorough market analysis, and Marketing Campaign which produced 11 showings. His marketing campaign was so thorough we suspende because we received an above listing price offer. His excellent service didn’t end there. He consulted my wife and I throughout the entire process. When there was a hiccup (not by Tony’s doing) he was right on top of it and fully explained why it happened and negotiated our way throughout the process. At closing we discovered he negotiate a few other hiccups we were not even aware of. We highly recommend Tony no matter what the price point and location of your home!"
